The siViewer comes free of charge - no licensing fees - and can be used by any person in accordance with the licensing conditions. siViewer opens all kinds of iTEM and Scandium documents. The siViewer’s main use is in conjunction with databases and generating reports.  Use the siViewer for opening any databases you generated via iTEM or Scandium, including all related iTEM/Scandium documents such as spectra, sheets, diagrams or texts.

measureIT

measureIT is free software for use with portable scanning electron microscopes. This software offers basic functionality such as measurements using microscope calibration, gray value modification, text annotations, along with loading, saving and printout options. measureIT can easily be upgraded to sophisticated image processing and image analyzing software such as "Scandium M" or "Scandium", the SEM imaging platform.
